Hyper growth companies leaders take risks that are unique, different and counter intuitive. They utilise all available styles of evaluation and even within an ambiguous and uncertain environment they still forge ahead for hyper growth for their business.
Risk in inherent in your business, Risk mitigation utilising multiple risk analysis tools is important, however Hyper Growth companies do not let “Fear or Doubts” stop or slow them down. Anticipation, regulation and feed back looping are key characteristics that can be employed to mitigate and predict what could and would the consequences would be.
