There are 12 Strategies for Sales Hyper Growth to employ for your organisation (just like there are 7 Business Leadership Styles, 12 Business Hyper Growth principles and 12 Cultural Growth qualities).
The twelfth being “Structure and strategise for being unique and also the best”. Having a weighting of 80% “Differentiation” (Blue Ocean) and 20% “Cost Leadership” (Red Ocean) as your strategic development plan will put you ahead of 90% of your competitors.
This culture focus will enhance the experience for all your clients and customers but more importantly your employee’s experience. Differentiation will develop from capability to capacity to core competency to Strategic Advantage.
